Parents, please read below regarding bus transportation guidelines:
*All Players must ride bus home from games. If player is unable to take bus home from game, a Transportation Form must be completed prior to day of game.
*Transportation Forms are located on side tab of MS BOYS SOCCER WEBSITE under "Transportation Form"
*Transportation forms must be completed, signed, and turned into coaching staff at least one day in advance
*One Transportation Form must be completed for each separate date (cannot put multiple dates and/or date ranges on one form)
